I HAVE 136 PICTURES TAKEN ON JUNE 11, 2007 THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO EMAIL TO YOU. PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND REQUEST THEM. PICTURES TELL ALL!!!

My family and I have enjoyed this motor home tremendously. In August, I am being relocated to Europe and we MUST SELL THIS PEARL OF AN RV NOW! We are taking our last and final RV vacation in Eastern Canada and New England starting June 15 and ending July 15, 2007. Our RV will be available for delivery anytime from July 15 to August 14 2007 – just in time for your July/August 2007 summer family vacation. The RV can be delivered from Toronto, Canada or from Buffalo, New York. I will consider driving and delivering the RV to a purchaser anywhere in the USA or Canada for the price of gas. I will also consider accompanying a purchaser on his trip home or part of the way if it is of interest (good option for minimizing the learning curve for RV 1st timers). I am on vacation until I leave for Europe, so I am free to do this.

National RV(http://www.nationalrv.com/) is consistently among the very highest rated RV manufacturers by RV Consumers Group (http://www.rv.org/) and always ahead of big names like Fleetwood and Winnebago. Tropical is National RVs most luxurious gas model with such extraordinary features as solid walnut cabinetry all round, full Corian countertops, the best appliances, and the most luxurious fabrics - price such luxuries for your home and you will see what I mean. Tropical is a 5 Star Sheraton Hotel when many other Class A RVs are Holiday Inns at best. The vehicle is extremely clean and has been kept pet and smoke free - pictures show it all. It is powered by a butter-smooth Ford Triton V10 with a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission on a Ford WIDEBODY CHASIS. I stress the WIDEBODY CHASIS, because some manufacturers used the Triton V10 on old leftover narrow body chassis in the 1998-2000 model years. You DO NOT want to buy an RV with the old pre-1999 Ford V8 or Chevy 454 7.4 V8 engines. They are both outdated, underpowered engines and therefore deliver terrible performance and low gas mileage. The excellent Triton V10 engine on an old chassis (recognized by the narrow wheelbase in front) is a compromise in durability and stability of your motor home that you do not want to make. There where numerous upgrades made to the motor home right after it was purchased, most importantly a full Banks Power system including Transcommand at a total cost of $2,989 (receipt in owner’s package). Banks Power equipment is the best-unkept secret in the motor home industry providing significant additional power and improving gas mileage (see http://www.bankspower.com/). This motor home climbs hills and overtakes like a cat and gets better than 8 mpg. A long list of additional upgrades are listed below. This RV has never been in an accident and mechanically, exterior and interior are all original accept for maintenance items such as roof plastics, front tires, CO2 sensor, lights. The living room TV was upgraded last year to 20’ with front AV ports for plugging in DVD and Playstation.

This RV was winter stored in California for the first 5 years and in Phoenix, Arizona for the last 2 years.

How can I offer this motor home with a pay no sales tax option? I am not in the mafia. This motor home is licensed in Montana. Montana offers the option of owning the motor home through an LLC - Limited Liability Company. By registering an LLC in Montana, you can buy the motor home without paying any sales tax whatsoever - and it is perfectly legitimate. You do not have to ever set foot in Montana to register an Montana LLC and anybody in the world can register a Montana LLC and purchase an RV – whether a citizen of USA, Canada, Europe ot Kazakhstan (you get the idea). I happen to be a Canadian citizen. When you see a Montana registered RV in an RV Park there is about a 1/10 chance that the owner is actually a Montana resident. In addition to paying no sales tax, Montana registered RVs also enjoy very low yearly license renewal fees ($97 for 2007). Montana registered RVs also enjoy very low insurance rates. The process of registering an LLC is simple and can be done by a registration agent specializing in RVs such as http://www.elitemontana.com/. SHOULD YOU PREFER TO REGISTER THIS RV IN YOUR HOME STATE OR PROVINCE, THAN YOU WILL PAY SALES TAX ON THE PURCHASE PRICE IN YOUR HOME STATE OR PROVINCE AND THE PRESENT LLC STRUCTURE HAS NO BEARING ON THE TRANSACTION WHATSOEVER.

I have made every effort to fully describe the features and condition of the coach, including over 130 pictures taken on 11 July, 2007. The vehicle is being sold in as-is condition. If you have any questions or would like to set up an inspection, please contact me. The unit is priced to sell quickly. I WILL ACCEPT ANY REASONABLE OFFER MADE TO ME FOR DELIVERY ANYTIME BETWEEN JULY 15 AND AUGUST 14, 2007. IF THE RV IS NOT SOLD ON AUGUST 1, 2007 I WILL ACCEPT THE BEST OFFER I HAVE AT THE TIME WHETHER REASONABLE OR NOT AND THE RV WILL BE DELIVERED BEFORE AUGUST 14.

As I mentioned earlier (see above) I will consider delivering this RV anywhere in the USA or Canada for the price of gas.

Rubber roof in good shape with some marks but never any leaks. (Some people and especially dealers paint rubber roofs before sale with white special rubber roof paint and “protectant”. This makes the roof look pretty, but at best does nothing more. At worst, the paint peals off unevenly in the 1st year and it looks much worse than it did before. Even worse than that, sometimes the paint is meant to hide leak problems in roof. Comment on bedroom configuration: The bedroom 2 Single beds in L configuration and Writing/Computer desk combination is a National RV custom factory option that added something like $10,000 to the price of the RV in 1999. It was very functional for us as a family, as the kids had their own bedroom with full-size computer desk, TV/DVD, built in Stereo and some great floor space for playing around. At night, they would go to sleep and leave us with the whole front of the RV to ourselves including living area, kitchen and bathroom. We slept in the very comfortable Queen size pull out bed. It was perfect for us. In case that you prefer the standard Queen size bed configuration in back, you can use the existing cabinetry and beds and have it professionally reconfigured by any decent carpenter for a few hundred $'s.
